Information needed to give you a quote

Generally, quotes are given in rate per hour format until I get to know your business, the time and the complexity involved. 

If the service you require is monthly or bi-monthly accounts, I will be able to give you a set price per month after the first month or two, when I have an idea more or less how many hours of work it involves.

While costs will vary depending on your individual business, here are a few tips that can help you keep your costs down:

• Keep records as automated as possible.  This makes it easier to access the information.
• Keep records as clean and clear as possible.  If it is difficult to decipher ledgers, it means more time will be spent, which will make it more expensive.
• File all paper records in a logical way so that records can easily be found.  If you just drop a box of invoices and payslips, sorting it out will take time and ultimately cost money.
